Most callflows should load in 3-5 seconds, unless there is quite a lot of data. Callflows with Time routing, Postcode routing or Geographic routing may take longer, but usually not more than 20-30 seconds, even for our largest callflows.

If you are having issues with your callflows loading, or are seeing the message "Retrieving Callflows" for longer than 20 seconds, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue.

Step 1. Check your User Role

Callflow view and editing permissions are currently only available for Admin users.

Please check with your Account Administrator that you have the correct User Role to access these services.

Please be advised, Jet Support cannot change your role without the approval of an account Admin.

Step 2: Check your Browser

Unfortunately, the dynamic Callflow Builder does not work on all internet browsers.

Our supported Browsers are:

If you are using a browser that is not on this list, please access your callflows through one of the options above.

Step 3: Clear your cache

Most internet browsers store a history of all your browsing data, and this can include "cached" information from your visited websites, such as images, javascript, HTML, CSS formatting etc.

Please Google "how to clear cache" for your browser type, and follow the instructions to clear your browser cache.

Note - you should not need to delete your browser history at the same time.

Step 4: Contact Jet Support

Raise a ticket with Jet Support, and include your browser version and a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing on Jet Hub.
