Getting started
How quickly can we be set up?

Most businesses are live within 5 minutes. Sign up online, download the app, and your team can start making and receiving calls immediately. Number porting takes a little longer — usually 2–5 business days.

Are there any setup fees?

No. There are no setup fees. You pay only your monthly plan cost plus any add-ons you choose.

Do I need new hardware?

No hardware required. Your team uses the free Jet app on the smartphones they already carry. The app is available for iOS and Android, as well as desktop (Windows and Mac).

Can I port my existing number?

Yes. Number porting is free. The Jet team handles the process end-to-end — there's no downtime during the port. A $50 port-out fee applies if you later move your number to a different provider.

Plans & pricing
Is there a minimum contract?

No. Jet Cloud Mobile is month-to-month with no lock-in contract. You can cancel or scale at any time.

What's included in the $35/month plan?

The Call Bundled plan at $35/month per number includes:

  • 1 dedicated Australian mobile number
  • Free softphone app (iOS, Android, desktop)
  • 1,000 calls & SMS included per month
  • Call flow builder & reporting
  • No contract

Excess calls are charged at 6c/min. Excess SMS at 10c each.

What happens if I go over my included calls?

Excess calls to Australian landlines and mobiles are charged at 6c/min. Excess SMS at 10c each. All excess usage appears on your next monthly invoice.

How does billing work?

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Any excess usage is billed in arrears on the following invoice. All prices are ex GST.

Features
Can staff use their personal phone?

Yes — that's the whole point. The Jet app runs on any iPhone or Android device. Staff keep their personal number and get a separate business number on the same handset. Calls are clearly separated in the app.

What happens to a number when a staff member leaves?

The number stays with your business. You can reassign it to a new employee, forward it, or deactivate it — all from the Jet Portal. No disruption to customers.

Does call recording work automatically?

Yes. With the Call Recording add-on ($10/month per number), all calls are recorded automatically and stored securely in the Jet Portal. You can play back or download recordings any time.

Can I use Jet Cloud Mobile overseas?

Yes. The app works over Wi-Fi or mobile data from any country. Your Australian number stays active and you won't incur roaming charges — calls are made via the internet, not the local carrier network.

Does it integrate with our CRM?

Yes. Jet Cloud Mobile integrates with Salesforce and other major CRMs. Calls are logged automatically and you can click-to-dial directly from your CRM. Contact us to discuss your specific integration requirements.

Support
What support is available?

Australian-based support is available by phone and email. Our team assists with onboarding, number porting, configuration, and any technical issues. We don't outsource our support.

Is the network Australian-owned?

Yes. Jet Interactive has been operating Australia's largest privately owned telco network since 2006. We're not a reseller — our infrastructure is built and managed locally, in Australia.
