Your Web Session Calls report is similar to your Inbound Calls, however, this report contains your call tracking data and information alongside your call list.

 

This report is primarily used to display your web session information, as connected from the Google Cookie of the session we tracked.

Field Name Description
Recording If there is an audio file linked to this call, you can play it from this screen. 
Date The date of the call in AEST.
Time The time of the call in AEST.
Duration The length of the call.
Service Number The Jet phone number that the call was made to.
Service Name

The name of the phone number that was called. These names refer to the name found in your Phone Numbers page.

Caller Number The phone number of the caller. This will include country and area codes.
Answering Point  
Call Status

There are 4 different statuses that will be displayed:

ANSWER - The call was answered or successfully forwarded to an external number. 

UNANSWERED - The call was not answered. It has been sent to a voicemail or Hang Up widget.

BUSY/UNAVAILABLE - The call was not answered. It has either timed out in a queue or the endpoint was unavailable. 

If you have a high level of Busy calls, please check your Answering Point number is online and able to receive calls.

CANCEL - The caller has hung up before the call has dialled an extension or external endpoint. E.g. The caller has hung up in a queue, IVR menu or during a greeting message.


IVR

IVR shows if the caller went through an IVR menu to reach the endpoint. It will show what option was selected in the IVR menu. E.g. Accounts.

Number Category

The category this number has been allocated to. The categories are:

  • Digital (On Page)
  • Digital (Off Page)
  • Above The Line (also called Offline)
  • Customer Service
  • System

The number classification this number has been allocated to (based on Category).

Referrer The address of the webpage where a person clicked a link that sent them to your page.
Tracked Website The base URL of the website we tracked the traffic from, including any subdomains.
Landing Page The address of the webpage a person started from for their call
Source The origin of your traffic, such as a search engine (for example, google) or a domain (example.com)
Medium The general category of the source, for example, organic search (organic), cost-per-click paid search (CPC), web referral (referral)
Campaign The marketing grouping you are specifically tagging to your various Advertisement URLs
Keywords The search words a user has entered that have made them see your PPC/CPC advertising and clicked the specific link
GA Client ID The ID that is generated from the Google Analytics code and been attached to this record's online session
