What are Online Calls?

Online calls are the numbers used across all of your online marketing activities.

This includes the two subcategories of:

 

Device Performance

This report shows a split of your total tracked sessions by the device type, matched against the total calls based on the caller ID type of the user (eg: call used a mobile number vs a local number).

This is especially interesting as the percentage of sessions are nearly double for this client on mobile browsers (737) vs desktop browsers (406), but the calls on Feb 24 are exactly equal on the caller ID number type.

Metrics like this can help you understand the conversion activity and behaviour of your website visitors and your callers.

 

Converted Web Sessions

This graph shows the number of website sessions in which dynamic numbers were displayed and a phone call conversion was achieved.

In the graph above, you can see that 117 web sessions on Feb 24 2023 resulted in a call conversion.

 

Web Session Conversion Rate

This graph shows the conversion percentage of website sessions in which dynamic numbers were displayed.

In the graph above, you can see that 0.89% of web sessions on Feb 24 2023 resulted in a call conversion.

This means there were 13, 140 tracked sessions on this date.

 

 

Off Page Call Distributions

The final report on this page shows a graph of all calls through your Off Page services, and the percentage breakdown by number type.

For the graph above, Google Places (GMB) has 88.3%, Mobile Adwords (Google Ads) has 11.5%, and slightly hidden in teal at the very top is Social Media accounting for only 0.2% of Off Page calls.
