If a client wants to port a mobile number away from Jet, they will need the Carrier Account Number.
This is the unique system account number designated from Pivotel/other that is globally registered against this phone number.
Create a ticket with Twilio
Log into Twilio, and from the bottom left menu, choose Support Center.
Then choose Submit a ticket
Fill out as below, replacing the red details with the phone number:

Note - INCLUDE the clarification in the description or they will respond with our account SID.
The response may take 7-10 business days, but will be an 8 digit number that we then provide to the client. The client can then submit a POrt Away request with their new provider, and give this 8 digit number in place of their Jet account number to ensure this gets approved.

Fill out as below, replacing the red details with the phone number:

In the Notes Section :

Note - We mean the specific carrier account number required for porting process.
Symbio may need to obtain this from your service provider.
Click Create
This information is then supplied to the client.
