iPhone
To access the Jet tab on your iPhone, simply look at the bottom row of the app. Regardless of which tab you are currently viewing, you can tap on the 'Jet' tab button located along the bottom row. This action will immediately take you to the Jet tab, allowing you to view voicemails and live call information specific to your account.
Android
For Android users, look at the top row of tabs. From any tab within the app, you can click on the 'Jet' tab button situated along the top row. By selecting the Jet tab, you will gain access to all the additional call information and voicemail features available within the app.
How to access the Jet tab on your Desktop App
For Windows & Mac
On both Windows and Mac computers, accessing the Jet tab within the Jet phone desktop app is a simple process. No matter which tab you are currently viewing, you can click on the 'Jet' tab to open it. This will provide you with immediate access to voicemail messages and live call information.
If the window for your softphone application is minimised or reduced in size, you might not see the 'Jet' tab directly. Instead, you may notice three dots displayed below the Messages app icon. In this case, click on these three dots, and the Jet tab icon will appear, allowing you to select it and access all the features the Jet tab offers.
